Maybe you overpronate and land on that joint? Idk where you are, but i go to a specialty shoe store to get fitted for my running shoes (Fleet Feet). I underpronate, and it will KILL me if I have the wrong shoes for my feet. Good luck!!

I'm still here and still shredding. I have lost count of the days. Lol! Iam on Level 3, though. I can't wait to see everyone's ending results. I think level 3 just might be where we see the most changes. The change I am most looking forward to, though, is not looking a Jillian for a while!!!

Bump. I'm 5'3 1/2.......I have been teetering on and out of the 50's for months. Unfortunately, I haven't seen that 59 since June. I hope to see it this week!

I have gall bladder issues, and for some reason, it has been bothering me lately when I run. It has only been that way the last couple of weeks. It is right under my rib cage on the right side. my chest never bothers me,. tho. I am also a c25k grad. I hope you have luck running pain free!

Exactly what I needed to hear this AM! I got on the scale and hadn't lost, but felt smaller so I measured. I had lost an inch in my belly! It makes absolutely no sense to me, but I'm glad I'm not the only one!!!

Ok...so I cheated. I admit it. I could not listen to her say the exact same things one more time. I moved on to L3 3 days early. I can't say it was better...just a different kind of bad. Lol! I made it through, though, and now I'll finish on schedule.

Hahaha @ you guys! I hate planks, too! AND Jillian Michaels! I will be finishing L2 on Friday. I know we all kind of got off track which sux. I can send my new stats in 2morrow or wait until Friday. Oh yeah, and I hate jumping jacks!!!!!

My body forced me to take 2 days off. I hate that I am so far behind you gals! I really have to watch my back and knees, though, and my back has been giving me fits, Urggg! I am gonna go for D6 L2 today. You are all doing sooo great! Can't wait to see everyone's results.

162.4!!! My weigh in has always been on Friday so that is my Friday weight. I'm sure I'm up a little today due to water so I won't even step on the scale today. I am just glad to see it moving in the right direction!! Feel free to add me.....

L2 D4 done! I have to say it was a tiny tad easier today. It still sucked really bad, though. I'm not as sore as I was so I guess my body is adjusting.

Hey ladies! I had the best run this AM! It is finally starting to cool off here so there was a nice breeze. I am also doing JM 30 DS. So both of those are out of the way for me today. :)

I would love to join! I finished c25k at the end of June. I am a SAHM of 2 kids, 8 and 4. Fortunately, I get 2 days a week to run outside by myself while my son is in preschool. I made it through Day 2 of Level 2. I am very sore today! Even my butt is sore!!! I don't know wether it's the new level or the fact that I have taken my runs outside since school started back. Is anyone else alot more sore from Level 2? I definitely think it's burning more than the 198 calories I'm entering!
