An interesting book to look into is "Body for Life". It is completely opposite of counting calories, it goes on portion sizes. Might be fun for you to look into.

Don't try to "make up" the calories. Chalk it up the same way you do when you have free days. Start fresh the following morning. You don't want to start the "yo-yo" diet. Where you binge one day, and starve the next.

It sounds weird, but my favorite way to eat it is heated up with bananas. I take 1 Tbs of real maple syrup and one banana sliced up. I "fry" the banana in the syrup and then put it on top of the warm cottage cheese. It's kind of like a bananas fosters.

My problem is i crave sweet things, and I'm a snacker. I don't like to sit down and eat a regular meal, but would rather put a few baggies of things in my lunch bag and snack all day.
