simple and easy just seasonit. preheat your oven to about 400 and put it in the oven for about 10-20 minutes, depending on how you like your fish. i cook mine for about 20 minutes because i like it kinda dry. You can top it with a lil salsa if you like. I eat baked talapia almost everynight.

girl mine still has the same weight on there from when i first got it. I am in CHicago.So you know it is totally under. It is about 67lbs under what i am now.lol

i have SPANX. I have been wearing them for like 4 years. MIne do not roll down or make you have a muffin top because they are high waisted the come all the way up the under the breast and it is seamless. I love it so much. It just smoothes me out and make me all curvy. Oh and my Butt, it just looks soooooo good!

Really who cares what they think. As long as you you are not smelly. lol I work out on my break at our on site gym for likr 40-45 mins and i do the same thing. Hell showering would lessen my work out time and i am willing to sacrifice for my health.:flowerforyou:

well i seen this on tv one day, but i have not tried it yet. Using a cake bunt pan add biscuits at the bottom your choice of meat then preshredded haskbrowns tthen top with more biscuits then pour egg beaters over the top and back in the oven. Yes one day at a time. I know that sometimes looking at the big picture can be scary so I focus on my weight loss in incriments of fives. So i am trying to make it through this journey 5lbs at a time and week by week.

you can always buy fish. I buy tallapia fillets that are already individually wrapped. season with salt and pepper throw into the oven on 450. 15 minutes later its done with a side salad or veggies. I have been eating this meal almost everyday for 2 weeks. I am soo addicted now and it is cheap.

I totally agree. I like this site more than facebook. It is more positive and uplifting. That is why i have deactivated my fb page for while just so i can focus on me and getting healthy.
