No you are not crazy because i was the same way. I just changed my routine from Cardio and strength training to all cardio. I think I am going bacl to Cardio and Strength training. it worked best for me.

i have one box of thin mints, in which i have eaten one sleeve of them over the course of a week. I know i will probably eat the other sleeve next week. But that ok because once they are all gone I dont have to here them calling me from in my desk "Eat me eat me, mint and chocolate, you know you want to eat me." lol

yes i tend to igore them too. Like you it had me excited when i forst joined, but now i see that it is unrealistic, at least for me.

well i was sick a few weeks ago. I just kept everything the same but i did not stress if i was way under my calories or a lil over beacuse some days i would drink alot of oj and soup with crackers but other days i wouldn't eat much. I really did not worry about it until i got better. Hey just focus on getting better right…

if i weigh myself post workout i always weigh a few ounces or a pound more.

make him turkey wraps and cut them up into lil pinwheels. throw them into a ziplock and it will be a nice snak for him.

try logging into fb first and without logging out then log into mfp. then turn on your auto posts. this should work b/c i had the same problem.

Bake you some fish. Aldi's has talapia fillets that are 90 calories each. You can pair that with some veggies and a salad. Best thing is, it only takes 15 to 20 minutes to make.

the first step you have already taken, by joing MFP, so Congrats!!!! Now just take it one day at a time. COunting calories is hard but you will soon realize that you will be more aware of what you eat when you see it written down. So just start slow and take it one day at a time and you will be fine.

I would not go by what it says because the elliptical i use gives me the calories burned and it never matches what this site says. i always have to plug it in myself.

I have the outdoor challenge and I loooooooove it! It has fun games like jump rope and wack a mole that make you sweat, but it also has challenging games where you have to sprint as fast as you can for 10 minutes. And it also has everything in between. I love playing with my 5 year old son.

ikr! just add it under your cardio.... I don't go by the calories burned that the site supplies b/c it is not correct anyway. i always put down what the machine say i burned.

I actually do not think that we are going to get that much snow. I may be a nice amount but no wear near 20 inches. But i guess we shall see.
