Just remember, losing weight is 80% diet 20% exercise. The amount of exercise you're doing is great, but if you are not in a calorie deficit, you will not lose weight. I'd think with this routine you would retain most of your muscle, but you will always lose a bit no matter how much you lift.

Losing weight is not a race, although you do have a goal, there is no rush to the finish line. No matter what you do, muscle loss is given during weight loss. I'm not sure what MFP has adjusted your goal to, but you should be concentrated on losing max 0.5 kilos per week. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, but it…

It's not the fact that losing weight is easy, It's the fact that in the past, i ate over my maintenance to even gain weight in the first place.

I'd log it if you set your activity to Sedentary.

Realistically speaking, If you do not swallow the food, you won't gain the calories. However, I don't recommend it. Most of the time when your chewing the food, you'll probably end up swallowing it by accident. Why not replace your cravings for something crunchy/salty or something sweet with an alternative? For…

Sweet Potato Fries. Small enough for a snack, enough calories for a meal.

Baby carrots. Great for someone like me who's too lazy to peel an actual carrot and it's also great on the go.

A typical cheat day for me would probably be going out to a nice restaurant and eating whatever i crave for the day. Keeping it in moderation, as a cheat day should not totally ruin your week. Maybe once in a couple of months i'll go to one of those All You Can Eat Sushi :$

I feel like after starting weight lifting more, i'm less reluctant to do cardio, and just lift weights more, haha.

In my opinion, the day ends when you go to bed and sleep :P

I see, thanks a lot for all the advice, and thank you to all the other posters as well. =) I'll personally stick with this plan of Eat Stop Eat for about 90 days and we'll see where it goes from there, Again, Thanks a lot guys :) ! One more thing though, should i still do my cardio workout or lifting days while im fasting?
-
Im trying to go for 1 cheat meal a week. Should i intermittent fast the day before or do it the day after? Or is that not safe?
-
I see... So in other words, it's basically fasting for 24 hours, then consuming a small meal?
-
Yes, I mean intermittent. Spelling mistake lol
