  • Congrats on the changes already!! Quitting smoking and dieting at the same time must be rough! GO YOU! This site seems awesome; I can't believe it's free! I have a lot more to lose than you do -- I want to lose about 100 pounds. That sounds like a scary journey. But just like you, I reallly hope I can stick with it.
