I injured my foot and ankle not long ago. I am still walking with a cane but at least I am walking again. I am able to do three miles a day again, but it is a slow recovery.

My twisted ankle is slowly getting better. I am walking every evening again. It is only a couple of miles but at least I can walk.

Stupid twisted ankle. Worse than the pain and swelling is the lack of exercise. Haven't been able to walk for two days.

Just got started calculating. I walk at least 3 miles every day. Usually at twice that. So now I need to start keeping track to see how far I go.

Great tips. I usually leave my electronic leash at home when I walk but it would be good to know exactly how far I go each day.

I would like to loose 10 more pounds and keep it off. I've lost 12 pounds and feel great. I just think I'd feel even better if I dropped down to 118 again.

Lately I just put in some beef a small amount of water or broth then add Tibetan hot sauce. Everything is better with Tibetan hot sauce on it. I get all the flavor I like, and don't cross contaminate the pans I use to cook my husband's vegetarian meals.
