I use a soy protein powder it only has the following ingredients: Soy protein isolate, fructose, natural and artificical flavors, and soy lecithin. 20g of protein per serving and only $10 for 14 servings. I drink it mixed with ice coffee.it comes in vanilla and chocolate and available at walmart

to fit in a size 10 pants I was a 12/14 in high school in a size 16/18 now. to be able to do a 5k in under 35in. be able to bench press 150lb right now can do 65lb.

height 5'4' cw 225 I can wear between a 14 and 18 depending on the brand of jeans.my workout shorts are a large 12-14 from danski the xl 16-18 is too big and tend to not stay in place when iam working out waist band rides up because there not enough to fill them out anymore.

ive lost 5lb in the month ive had my bodymedia with an average defict of 600 calories a day so I lost what my defict shows. with you only having less than 20 lb to lose you weight loss will slow down you should only be aiming for .5lb a week at most maybe ajust your stats for a better target.

iam 5foot 4inches with a lbm of 130lb at 40 percent bf I weigh 220. ive always worked jobs where iam on my feet since high school. with the lbm I have right now I will never fit into the bmi normal charts without being under fat by bf measurements. my goal is 170 which is still overweigh for my height.

its safe to eat more protein I average over 100g a day your calories seem very low how much weight do you have to lose and whats your loss per week set at and acitivty level.

so eat tdee -5 to 10% you don't have a lot to loss so it going to be slow loss at around .5lb a week. so between 1900 and 2000 calories a day would be a safe bet.

would need more info to really help you weight age sex and activity level play a big part in the calories you need. I always thought I was lightly active until I got my bodymedia and iam moderate active accoeding to that so I adjusted my goals. maybe go for a smaller a week loss.

My BMR is 1784 and there are days that number is hard to reach other days I eat closer to 2500 but I have a much higher burn those days thanks to zumba class. if you have trouble with you eating try adding in extra exercise and more low cal. filling foods . the fozen veggies that you steam in bag taste just as good as…

what are you using o get the number for your burn. I did a mile last night treadmill said 140 calories, mfp would have counted 130 and my bodymedia said 195 calories. that's a 65 calorie diffence for just 15 min of time so for your workout it could be even bigger depending on the medhod of calculation used

I have a body media. it bigger than fitbit and you wear it on your arm but iam not worried I will lose it my firend lost her fitbit. Love the sync with my smartphone and seeing my activity level and sleep.

mine were about the same before and after I had them done it really didn't hurt more than any other body piercing. ill wait till iam done having kids before having it don't again boobs grew to much to handle bars even thought my belly button did fine

my expensive gadget was a bodymedia for my birthday. have gym membership,vitamins, meal replacement bars, 5k races healtywage challenge hopefully it all pays off in the end.
