starting over I've did it before and I can do it again been consistent at gym for month now back to finding the right balance of food

Spin classes I sweat way more than Zumba, the key is finding something you enjoy doing its easier to stick with I couldn't do running all the time its just not what I enjoy.

For nausua try peppermint or ginger both help. with my 5 year old I also used sea bands that you can buy at any drug store. I hope the needing extra sleep lets up around the second trimester I feel like iam not getting anything done at home with a full work schedule and needing extra sleep.

more water most people don't drink enough, healthy foods spread out though out the day and just a few min of exercise a day can really help the energy levels.

you might not be eating enough so your body is holding on to the weight you have try upping your calories by 100 to 200 a day. if you gain after a month adjust back down.

I aim for 1.5 a week and my intake on average is over 2000. mfp has me set to 1950 and I eat back some exercise calories
