I get extreme impact from danskin $12 at walmart worked when I was a 38d now down to 36d. I do zumba and jogging in them with no problem. I wont spend a lot of money on something that when I lose 20 -30 lb I will just have to adjust size when I get to my goal weight I might invest in some more pricey ones.

get good running shoes and go for it. I was 250lb when I started jogging and could only go for 30sec I am up to 7 min jog/1 min walking most of the time iam still slow but getting better all the time.

you might be more active at work than you think which may be causeing you to under eat. I work in pizza on my feet all day and had my mfp set to lightly active then I got a bodymedia to track my burn and as I adjusted mfp to match I had to change my level to active and still burn more than that on most days.

no he made healthy choice at mcdonalds and lost weight . showing changes to your diet work and you don't need to only eat veggies and health food to lose. you can do this and you might find you are doing so good that you don't need the surgery lose . remember to do small changes and drink plenty of water. get some great people for support. remember weightloss is not liner there will be weeks the scale may go up don't let it discourage you.

total agree with this. iam losing netting 1700 or more a day just did my settings again as I do after ever 10 lb or so now I can net 1950 to lose why eat that low unless you enjoy not eating train your body to use calories not to survive on as little calories as you can.
