Eat what I want in moderation. I do eat a at least 4 cups of veggies and 2 to 4 servings of fruit most days. I never eat low fat , low sugar unless its my yogurt. I eat dips with my veggies and full fat ranch on my salads. I just don't drink sodas all day long anymore and weigh out all my food.

I will log but it will be guess to the serving size as I wont be at home with my scale and measuring cups. I will be over for sure just like on thanksgiving when I ate over 5000 calories but I still managed to lose that week.

if you exercise a lot you need to eat more your eating average calories for a sedentary person who does not exercise. work on logging everything before you worry about the lose of only 1lb in 2 weeks that's still .5 lb a week a healthy rate for anyone with around 20 lb to lose

Your doing great. I know lots of skinny people that couldn't do 4 miles. I was always told if someone makes fun of you its because they are jealous of you. Get healthy be fit remember you the only person you have to please is yourself dont let anyone steal your happiness.

i liked my iud except for the weigh gain. depo was ok untill i stopped taken it then had month long tom. obly time i took pills was high school and they made me nausous.

I have the fit board for the Wii and the game that comes with it has yoga, strength training and games for cardio.

I eat on average 2000 to 3000 calories a day. ive always used the gym weight machine but started doing deadlifts, squats with bar and dumbbell exercises. when the weight comes off I want a hot body already there. add me can use support and help from women that already lift heavy

I would say its more the bad diet try fixing that and see if you have more energy. I know when I don't eat I feel drained all day that why I now try to eat something every few hours

if you only have 55lb to lose you should aim for 1 to 1.5 lb a week. there a chart floating on this site that gives the recommend lose per week based on how much you want to lose. .5 lb a week is what you should aim for if you only have 10lb to lose when your close to your goal the weight comes off slower. your stats look good. but you calories defict might be a little large for the small amount you have to lose. I would try to keep it closer to the 500 calories

go to store and get fitted when I did I found out I was buying the wriong size for my foot. since new shoes no blisters on my feet and they never hurt even after a 5k.
