Off the top of my head I would suggest that you start drinking all your waters and watch your sodium. You might want to have MFP track your it , you may just be retaining fluid . Look at your food diary and notice how many foods you eat that are high in sodium. I think you will be stunned when you start counting it.…

I would like to know this myself. I already have a problem eating all my calories ( 1200) , then I exercise and ADD even more. I am stuffed and still have 383 cals at 8:37pm I even ate a lite dessert after dinner I hope you get some replies from people who know more about this than I do. Good Luck to you

Welcome , I totally agree with tayner, use everything you can on this site. There are a few people with real scientific knowledge.
