This was so me today! I'm on day three of c25k and I can still barely get through the 60 second runs. I was getting lapped like crazy and wishing I had gotten out of the house earlier so I wouldn't have to run with so many people. Thanks for posting this. :heart:

I can understand being afraid to eat more when he has been gaining, but 1200-1500 calories sounds very low for an adult male. Hey ladies! I am on day two. I was already sore from day one (sad I know) and now I am more sore after day two... but I feel good, and completing the workout today was already a little bit easier. The push ups... those killed me!
