One of my favs is the stuffed turkey burger. -Make two (small & thin) ground turkey patties. -Take a wedge of Laughing Cow Light cheese (I like the Fresco & Chipotle) sandwich the cheese between the patties. -Grill on the George Foreman or in a skillet. Turkey... but quick and delish.

I haven't tried too many tweaks yet, but the one I use is for the oatmeal. Add 1/4-1/2cup of water 1/4 cup of egg beaters and cook in a skillet like an omelet. It is SOOO much better than eating the oatmeal plain, fills me up and starts me off for the day with some extra protein.
