Normally I would say check the package. Also I would recommend baking the bacon in the oven. Or better yet try to cook yourself turkey bacon which is a lot lower in fat and calories. Or try Canadian bacon. I hope this helps.

I find weighing myself 1x a week is a good guideline and idea. The best way I've found to do it is be nude and get on the scale first thing in the morning. Also I recommend doing it on the same day and time each time you do it. I hope this helps.

Try eating kid sized amounts of foods, also bulk up on veggies and fruits. Also try only 1-2 snacks during the day and try to make them things like apples & peanut butter (that's if your not allergic to nuts) also try ants on a long with low-fat or fat free cream chess and sprinkled with raisins.
