When I started this journey I treated myself to some Jo Malone shower gel, body cream and perfume so each time I feel like cheating I spray or apply the cream to remind myself of my goal. At the end of my journey I will treat myself to some new clothes and gel nails. :happy:

My eldest son is a student and even though he takes a spare clean set of bedding with him when he goes back to university, and has access to a washing machine/tumble dryer, he never changes his bedding. On average that same bedding is on his bed 11 weeks! At home his bedding is changed very regularly much to his annoyance…

I'd tell him 'don't let the front door hit your *kitten* on the way out' and 'remember it is a one way door, not a revolving door'. Then I would lose/gain the weight and have a lot of fun showing him what he's missing!

I'm doing it at present, 500 calories twice a week and 1300 calories on all other days. Also taking vitamins and drinking lots of water. I'm not excluding any foods but have cut out fizzy drinks, tea and coffee. For exercise I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred every other day rather than every day as I'm also doing…
