Frankly if my husband said that to me it would not 'scare' me to lose the weight but it would certainly make me lose weight. Then I would aim his backside out the door. I would not live with a man knowing his love was conditional on how I looked.

There are days I really don't feel like exercising, when this happens I put on some dance music and dance my heart out for an hour. It flies by cos I love dancing and has the added bonus of burning a fair few calories. Exercise doesn't have to be torture just pick something you enjoy.

I would but I gave up all soda drinks 91 days ago. I did suffer from withdrawal for about a week or so but it got easier and now I can't say I miss it. Good luck, it will be a challenge to start with but hang in there. x

Those stick on things don't work for me, I'm a 36DD. I wear a strapless, low back corset which does the job nicely. Holds everything in and pushes the important parts up. Good luck with your search. :happy:
