I really like the Wii boxing it gets me sweating.

Has anyone tried freezing these? How do they freeze? Would you thaw them before cooking or just freezer to oven?

I really enjoy it. I also like MTv's I used to be fat. I find it inspiring.

I put it on my bagels, crakers, sandwichs anything really. :)
