I ended up getting the pebble watch. I love it! It keeps track of steps and sleep, but it also connects with my phone for messages, phone calls, notifications, alarms, and of course, it tells the time:)

I don't have one, but I am thinking of getting a pebble watch this summer, which does some of the same thing.

When I wrote that, I was standing at the threshold of a family birthday weekend - with two days of celebrating ahead. But all that is now behind me and I'm ready to move on. Thanks for chiming in!

I think the key for me was changing my vocabulary/thinking about food. I don't use words like 'treats', 'indulge' or 'save up for'. As long as I kept those words around foods, then clearly I still had the thoughts that some foods were different. It took a while, but now I eat what I feel like and nothing is a treat -…
