  • I am on week 5 of calorie counting. I eat what I want, when I want, just keep track of my calorie goals for each day. Although I do tend to make more healthy choices than not, sometimes a little low cal icecream is needed. : ) I lost 5 lbs in 4 weeks! I lost 3 lbs in the first 2 weeks without exercise!
  • I use a site called allrecipes.com that I absolutely love! It's just everyday people who post their favorite recipes. Not every dish is a home run but for the most part I get to serve my family yummy dinners and keep variety in our home. It takes time but you will eventually have a list of recipes you know your family…
