Count me out!!! I use my scale everyday- not to get upset, but to keep better track of where I am. I would rather see that I gained .5 pounds today, than letting it go for a week and gaining 2. If I see a little upward movement in the scale, I know I need to do a better job daily with what I eat. Just my 2 cents.

I would say it's kind of an all over pain, but not in the toes...definitley the arch and the whole bottom of the foot. Maybe a little on top too. And the pain goes away once I slow down and walk at a normal pace for a minute or two. It's painful to the point of wanting to stop the walk when I'm out there trucking along,…

I used general aerobics instead- it put me at 419 calories burned for a 30 minute workout. I figured that was fair. So after eating breakfast and having my morning cup of coffee, then doing the workout, I actually have to consume more calories than I start a normal day with!!! I thought that was pretty funny.
