Yes your body needs to be balanced. Are you getting proper nutrition ? Biggest thing as well is are you eating enough, if not your body will go backwards and hold on to that ... to me Plexus ws just a shake that tasted bad.. you need to do a lifestyle change and eat healthier and get the proroper nurtirion your body needs not just do a fad diet for a quick fix

It is hard I was 327.8 in April 2013 and had no care in the world that I was overweight, very unhealthy, and could harldy walk ! you are doing great.. keep itup.. I understand the battle 100%. My weight loss coach/dietician said 1-2 lbs a week is goal and yes on the 10-12 calories per pound. Sound like you are eating healthy just keep it up.. watch the carbs and get that protein

I will post pics later.. I am 5'5 and was 327.8 in April 2013 and now 260, I was a size5x/6x shirt and now can wear 2/3x and size 32 pants and now in size 22 pants I have lost so many inches it is crazy.. I still have a long ways to go but I am getting their.

KUDOS to you.... I did this last year and loved it !! Then I went to 3rd shift and my world got turned upside down.. so just now getting back into working out !!!

I follow a program with the health and wellness company I work for.. I've been very successful as well as millons of others.. it works if you have 10 lbs or 200 lbs to lose... good for everyone of every lifestyle athletes to couch potatoes.

Well my 1st day is down and I loved it.... we did squats, push ups, pull ups, dips, jumping jacks, box jumps, walked/jogged and lots of crunches
