water should be 1L for every 25kg and an additional 1L for every hour you train

yep... same same. I have lost 7kg and eat really clean, walk every day and twice on non training days and train 4 days a week... I have noticed weight loss every where, but the belly and the dreaded love handles. So thanks everyone for the feedback. can't wait to post a pic I will be happy with.
