I did the 3 mile walk yesterday and today, yesterday I completed one mile while holding my 4 month-old. Sunday I did the 2 mile and Monday I walked around the track at my daughter's school for 45 min.

My short term goal is to loose 20lbs. I have an infant and I really want loose the baby weight. Long term just to be healthy. I have done walk way the pounds in the past, this is a great way to started again I'm excited! Good luck to everyone
