  • if you want to start running try couch potato to 5k on NHS choices. You can download it as a podcast. It is fantastic really motivates you it starts off very slow and builds you up to run for 30 mins Good luck

  • Hi chelsie my tip for working out is go as as often as you can in the first few weeks and it is surprising how quickly the body gets use to it.
