C25K grad from the fall. I love the program and still run at least 3 times a week. I would suggest you stick with the program and don't push too hard too fast. Also, invest in a good pair of running shoes they will pay for themselves many times over. Good luck and be prepared to get addicted to running.

Awesome job! Just be prepared running becomes addictive. I would also recommend a C25K program and just keep moving, you will love the way it makes you feel.

I had always hated running and refused to do it on my own. This summer I did the C25K program and I still run 3 times a week. I love to run and really miss it when I don't get to. I'm not familiar with either of those models, but I have an FT7 and love it. It is an investment, but you can find them at lower prices on amazon and other sites.

Being able to run 3 mi and the adrenaline from the race environment will get you through the fourth mile. Just be careful not to start too fast because of all the excitement. Run your normal pace and you will make it. Just remember to have fun.
