I feel more energized and full through out the morning when I have some green in my smoothie! I just put almond milk, a banana, and a handful of spinach. It's quick, portable, and easy to make so it's one of my go to breakfast choices.

A few nights ago I saute some mushrooms and spinach, mixed with some black beans and made a quesodilla :)

Burritos! Get some already cooked chicken breast from a supermarket, throw on some cheese and spinach then you're good to go :glasses:

It is a little weird to get use to, but as soon as it becomes a regular thing it won't taste as bad. I started out with green tea sweetened then started drinking it unsweetened (so bitter at first) but now I drink it multiple times a day with out any fuse!

Set a day of the week you would like to record your weight like Sunday and stick to that. You can weigh yourself everyday but try not to get too obsessed. I became obsessed and would weigh myself 5-6 times a day. :/

A guy was trying to get fresh with me and my friend told me everyone knows he only goes after fat chicks :frown: I think I was 15 years old at the time :/

I know how it feels when your family doesn't support your weight loss journey :/ I constantly get comments on how I should 'stop losing weight' or 'stop eating rabbit food' lol Weight loss can be overwhelming at first. Just start of small by eating smaller portions and do as much exercise as you can with inflicting pain.…

I'm 5'3 165lbs was my high now I'm at 150! Wanting to get down to 110lbs because I have a small frame

I lost about 25lbs when I was sixteen and managed to eat whatever I wanted WHILE waking 3-4 miles a day (had a pitbull puppy who need loads of exercise). I moved in back in with my grandparents and gained about 10 of it back :(
