wuld love to join :) start weight was 146 lbs as of right now my weaight is 142 lbs. im 5 foot and my goal at the moment is 130. im trying to set a realistic goal.. but i need motivation to work out and drink more water.

you can add me... but my thing says havent logged in a week but yet u can see i logged in 22 hrs ago lol. i log in daily... and add my food for the day sometimes a day or 2. so far i lost 5lbs by sticking to my meal plan. ( yay ) but i have weak moments like everyone else. i try not to deprive myself if i want chips i eat…
