0% Fage greek yoghurt and fruit, scrambled egg whites on a piece of toast, I think I've even made a mini ham and cheese breakfast sandwich for ~200 before using a 100 calorie sandwich thin and very precise slivers of cheese and ham, but it wasn't filling by itself.

And now I want Burger Wisconsin - it's only 12,000 miles away! Thankfully a look at the menu reveals that the burger of theirs that used to feed me for two days is no longer on the menu. Think it was some kind of pumpkin seed and something vege patty, but that was about 10 years ago, so I can forgive the menu change.

I scanned through a few days of your diary - my initial thought would be perhaps an increase in fresh vegetables and the addition of a live culture yoghurt. I find peppermint tea doesn't "make me go", but does help me with general digestion.
