  • I'm finding my carbs are much lower then my normal eating simply due to high carb foods also being high in calories. Breads, pasta, rice....etc. All favorites but if I eat too much I'll run out of calories to use and end up going to bed hungry.
  • Can I ask why your eating so much "snack" food? Your running 35 - 37% of your daily food in snack foods. Not only is that "processed" foods they are notorious for being incorrect on labeling.
