I have eczema and I did as a child too. Surprise, surprise my 3 children have it as well. For my daughter, hers are caused by food allergies and my son his are his environmental allergies. My children's allergist has always pointed out that eczema that appears in the body's creases & folds (behind the knees, arm folds,…

The one I go to has the bare minimum in cardio machine, a decent amount of free weights & strength machines, boxing ring and bag cage (30-35 heavy bags)…

Great job on taking up such a challenging exercise regimen after just having had a baby less than 4 months ago. I didn't even give exercise any thought til after my 6 month maternity leave was up. Don't be too hard on yourself as it took 9 months to gain that pregnancy weight. You might want to take measurements as they…

I agree with the making sure to get your kids to eat at least 5 fruits & vegetables & just getting in walking or other enjoyable activity for 30 mins daily. Sometimes when my kids ask for a snack, I immediately ask how many fruits they had & if they know they haven't reached their minimum they grab a banana, apple or…

I have been considering it myself but love my cardio (kickboxing) as it also serves as a great stress reliever for me too. I'd love to hear about your progress if you all don't mind sharing.
