Awesome job ladies! Look how happy & healthy you both look!

This is offered at my gym & I love it! It is a fusion of yoga & pilates and it uses a lot of bodyweight exercises for strengthening. We do lots of planks, tricep pushups, squats. It is fast moving and you really get a sweat going. If you find traditional yoga boring but like the benefits you will love this class.

I agree that its too early. I have two girls myself (6 & 3) and I haven't come across this issue yet but if you start the hair removal now...what's next & where do you draw the line? I don't allow my girls to wear nail polish or any kind of make-up and tell them that its for grown-ups. Kids grow up so fast already and I…

Welcome and congrats on meeting your first goal! I have found MFP to be quite helpful in my quest for better health especially when you have friends on here with similar goals!

Sooo trying some of the recipes here! I usually just eat as a substitute for rice or toss it in whatever salad I'm eating.

Thanks...keeping for future reference!

Congratulations on your new blessing. Don't be so hard on yourself. It took 9 months to put on the baby weight so naturally it'll take some time to get it off. Besides, slow & steady wins the race. Is their a way for you to either go for a walk wearing baby or jog pushing baby in the stroller? I even remember doing a few…
