  • Go to Pinterest and enter "low fat crock pot recipes". Oodles and scads of recipes!
  • Thanks, all! I was taking 40mg per day for 5 days. Haven't had to take it in years, but needed to breathe! It made my back feel good, though! :) Have been off for 2 days and back is starting to get tight again. Stretching and I may actually purchase an inversion table (one of my doc's suggestions). I have been researching…
  • I totally plan on getting back to dancing once my back issues are addressed. I finished the prednisone today (hallelujah!) and hope it leaves my system quickly. I am not going to let this hold me back. Just wanted to post in case someone else out there has dealt with the same thing. Thank you so much for your input,…

  • I have this problem, too, and the only thing I can get my daughter to drink in the morning is a shake. She is 5'2" and 87 lbs soaking wet, so I don't worry about the fat issue. She's a picky eater, so I just try to introduce different things for her to try. I freeze yogurt tubes and she'll sometimes eat that on the way to…
  • Wine is my only splurge - I definitely work it into the calorie count!
