I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 130. My dream weight is 118-120, but it has been 5 years since I weighed that amount. I am a size 6 pants and dress. 125 is a manageable weight for me, but I can jump back up to 130 quickly. I am always losing those same 5 pounds, My pants size stays a 6, but fits better at 125.

I would choose a certain amount of calories that you plan to eat and then workout to burn those calories first. I would not choose a whole day or even a meal, but 1 item or a certain number of calories.
