It takes a bit to adjust to the sea(someone said a about a month-I never had much of a problem after the first couple times)t but you will but like someone else said if you dont go its actually it will take longer/harder once you go again. i took my first spin classes in the fall and loved it!

well did zumba last night with co workers. There were about 12 in class and I really did enjoy it.... not as hard as I thought it would be. I am No expert on the moves but tried them! when had trouble did the best I could and kept moving...it was fun. :smile: plan on going back next week too!

The 5K in next saturday...I think my sister in law is going with me. My mom is going to watch anyway. This morning did 3 miles in 48 minutes! I was excited!!!! no running just walking! hopefully the weather is going to be nice-its been beautiful here the last couple days! keep my fingers crossed!
