Are you getting enough sleep? I am not always good about getting the 7+ hours I need to feel alert the next day. I sometimes nap on my way in to the city, but I carpool and usually am not driving. On the days I drive myself, an audio book or a shot of caffeine helps keep me alert.

I eat a hard-boiled egg most weekdays and a couple of fried eggs on the weekend and my cholesterol level is very good. Try to find farm-fresh eggs from a local producer if you can. Store-bought commercially produced eggs just don't compare.

I just came off a slump and it was frustrating! Don't give up! Keep tracking and you will begin to see the patterns that are helpful to you. I would check your selection for clover spread. It probably doesn't have 0 calories. Hang in there.

I never learned to drink coffee and can't bear the taste of artificial sweeteners so I very rarely drink caffeine anymore. 1/2 of a Vivarin and a glass of water seems to be an acceptable substitute for an ice cold Coke when I need a jolt of caffeine. YMMV.
