I drink three cups of coffee per day with 1 teaspoon of sugar in each cup and I have lost 16 lbs in 30+ days. I would use sugar and not artificial sweetners. For the little amount of calories, its not worth it. If you deprive yourself of a little sugar, your body may crave it.

If I exercise, I try to eat more smaller meals, 5-6.

I do...sometimes I will have a snack after I have logged my meals. As long as you don't go crazy and eat a bunch of junk, you should be ok.

My wife makes apple sauce in the crock pot for our kids. Just peel the apples and cut into slices and place in the crock pot (slow cook). You can add sugar and cinnamon if you want, but the sugar is not needed.

No doubt, younger.

Don't deprive yourself. Add frozen raspberries or blueberries and add a quarter of the syrup you normally use. Microwave the syrup and berries and mash the berries.

Don't worry, make sure you are under or at your calorie limit. I'm over my sugar every day cuz I eat lots of fruit and smoothies, but I have lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks.

No doubt, Healthy eating.

Agree with BrendaLee...I have an ordinary blender and it works fine. I use frozen fruit. 2 cups of mixed fruit, which includes raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup of juice and 1 bananna.

Don't be, we all have our moments. Just stay within your calorie intake for the first week and you should see a difference on the scale. Once you see results, you will start to feel good about yourself. Take care.
