I try to eat 3 large meals a day, so I am not constantly thinking about food. But I can't seem to eat enough at breakfast, which leaves me feeling a bit hungry throughout the day so ill have a protein bar after lunch usually. I feel way better when I have a full stomach instead of 5-6 small meals and being left unsatisfied!

how does calories in vs calories out account for anything other than calories? It just not take into account anything other than the energy value of the food. I think energy in vs energy out would be a better description of weight gain/loss.
