  • I try to eat 3 large meals a day, so I am not constantly thinking about food. But I can't seem to eat enough at breakfast, which leaves me feeling a bit hungry throughout the day so ill have a protein bar after lunch usually. I feel way better when I have a full stomach instead of 5-6 small meals and being left unsatisfied!
  • how does calories in vs calories out account for anything other than calories? It just not take into account anything other than the energy value of the food. I think energy in vs energy out would be a better description of weight gain/loss.
  • I don't know if exercise helps me lose weight, but I definitely know it decreases my stress and anxiety, builds/maintains my muscles, makes me sleep better, makes me happier and I really enjoy it!
