Oke thanks ill just buy the bench without the rack.

I just started and i do it at home. Stage 1 is possible at home but youll need more than just free weights. Swissball, bench, barbell, dumbbells, resistant band. The other stages get harder so youll need even more.

Today was my first mile :-) and it was fun. I weightlift 3 times a week and this is easy to do inbetween.

I started with NROLFW today and its not hard at all. Well it gets harder offcourse but the beginning is pretty easy to start if your new at weightlifting. Only thing i have problems with are the pushups, i just cant do them.
-
I feel you! i started NROLFW today and i had to do 2 sets of 15 pushups! I did 2 sets of 10 pushups somewhere inbetween girly and boxpress. And those were hard! Just keep at it, with time comes strenght.
