I use the WII for my workout and really enjoy "The Biggest Loser". It starts at your level and you can work your way up. There is boxing, cardio and core exercises. A good all around workout.

I have it and I enjoy it.If you like to dance it is good and the time goes quick. I also have the Biggest Loser and enjoy that too.

Exactly the same as you stress and entertaining are my two biggest causes. I am a social eater :happy:
