  • Including (heavy) weight training is very good for making your body tighter (works wonders on the belly ;)). Also it may sound irrelevant, but regularly stretching your hip flexors can also help tightening your belly - especially if you sit a lot during the day.
  • You could drink protein shakes and/or pre-made smoothies. Drinking is not eating but it still allows you to get your calories in a healthy and efficient manner :). You can blend fruits, veggies, oats, eggs, milk, quark, or whatever you want together for quick and easy healthy meals :D.
