I buy them, eat 3 or so and give the rest back to the girls... or leave the open box at work somewhere away from me.. I can't even have them in the freezer..they call me.. Next time you buy them.. just give them to the girls to eat.. :sad:

I just replaced my battery myself.. it is not hard.. you need a CR 1632 battery from radio shack and a screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit. save yourself alot of money.. you need to only send the watch back if you don't do it yourself. you can do it.. 4 screws.. big deal

I work out at 6am.. I either have egg whites on hand or even a complete hard boiled egg. I prepare a sort of egg mcmuffin sandwich to eat on the go.. w/ 1 strip center cut bacon, whole wheat english muffin, soy cheese. My trainer says to eat 10 gms fat, 20 gms protein, 30 gms carbs at each meal..

I recommend 3 sets of 12.. you don't burn the muscle just doing one rep.
