Either one you need to read the label, it should say say whole grains or whole wheat, it should not say refined. I make sure that my bread has at least 4 grams of fiber (helps to keep you full). My advice is to replace the mindless eating with something else. Take a walk, run up and down your stairs, meditate, put music on and dance like a crazy person (my 2 year old really likes this one). Or some thing good for you, have veggies and fruit handy, I like ones that crunch apples and carrots. If you try really hard…
