Anyone know when the new season will start? Is there going to be another group?

I have started a group here if anyone would like to join http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/104775-starting-c25k-april

This is my second attempt too. I completed it in the fall, but then stopped once the winter weather started and I no longer had a plan. I remember last time the first week was the worst. I was out of breath trying to make it to the 1 minute mark and couldn't see myself ever making it to the end, I actually ended up doing…

Toma looked great. Who choose Robs suit? It didn't fit.

Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate square. They are only 60 cal and wrapped so you can take just 1 and nibble. Besides dark chocolate is good for you.

This season isn't drawing me in like other seasons. Maybe I just don.t connect with the former athletes and their attitudes, Does anyone else get tired of the product promotion?

Did the dishes during commercials

PART 1: I saw on a sign "Make you New Years Resolution to stick to your resolution" I like that one. So my resolution is to stick to loosing 10 lbs a month. PART2: I tend to get board after some success and then start making excuses. PART3: Plan to exercise 30 minutes /5 x per week and find some new activities or an…

I also plan to be more diligent with my MFP food diary. During the holidays my tracking went to south and it shows on the scale. For exercise I want to repeat C25K and see if i can get a bit faster. Have been considering joining curves. For food I want to start planning ahead for the week.. Maybe doing some freezer crock…

The 1 week on 1 week off makes it hard to keep up on the show. Sonya seems to be gaining confidence. Scott my be up for the biggest loser..although I don't know if he will have enough left to lose toward the end. Nice to see how they struggle less with the challenges physically...now they are mostly mental.

Can't say I was too "active" during commercials,,but I did go through the store flyer and got my grocery shopping list done. Kinda sucks having to watch the recorded shows.

Volunteered at the Sally Ann this weekend helping to distribute the donated toys to families in need.
-
Maybe it's just me, but I can't say Hawaii was too exciting..rather a dull show. Had hoped for more especially since we have had a break from them. Interesting that Sonya lost 100 pounds this week..as much as 2 of the men on the same week.
-
Completed the commercial challenge. Low numbers all the way around and they had all the trainers pushing them. Maybe they put on more muscle this week. I think they choose the correct person to leave. Scott is mentally ready to do it on his own, although I enjoy following him. Boxed butterflies was interesting.

2. I do the cooking and it is just my son and I. I can decide on the meals.. He isn't much on sweets so that helps. Since eating healthy I am finding my cravings for things sweet are less. Maybe it's thinking about how much exercise it will take to work it off or how long it takes to get the weight off...but they kinda…

I will probably be doing the cooking for Turkey day so that is covered. Think I will skip Eggnog this season. It is my final week of the C25K and I want to continue that even when its cold and wet. May have to move to the treadmill on those rainy days,

Completed the commercial challenge. I liked this episode better and was happy to see the teams mixed up. Would have been nice to see more of what was actually in their recipes, Don't think I would be able to replicate any of them. But maybe I will look up the avocado egg dish that was mentioned.

The NFL players seems to boost their enthusiasm this week. I don't follow football, so don't really know who any of them are. Not really connecting with anyone one this season. Sucks for Blue...may be they are adding more muscle than the others, hence the lower weight loss? Thought about doing some planks...but opted for…

I am finding the numbers at comeback canyon are very low every week. 3 lbs? Their only job all week is to exercise and lose weight. We can do that at home and we don't have Bob training us. I still think the show has cut back on the double digits as its unhealthy. and they can't afford to have a winner show up underweight…

Get the equipment back out...Don't let your pride get in the way of your health. How quickly are you losing? 1-2 lbs a week a is a healthy loss and your body/skin should shrink with it. Keep using the weights to help define your muscles. You need to find people who can support you in your weight loss. Your mother certainly…

I watched, but didn't do the Burpies. Maybe I will have to watch it again. Feel sorry for the Blue team...down to only 2. Perhaps that is because there was more women on that team? The women don't tend to pull out those big numbers.
-
That will be a good change and still a nice treat
-
I like the drop the late night tv..I will try that this week
-
Burpies.... I won't be able to watch live tonight. Sons hockey practice to go to.
-
Bravo to the girl that did push ups instead of tempting herself looking at the food.

I washed the dishes during commercials. I was thinking about the single digit weight loss as well. Last season or season before they were doing double digits every week. I wonder if the show was getting flack about it and has made for more realistic weight loss. Especially with Racheal losing too much weight and winning…
