Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I just want to clarify that I am not doing this workout on only 1200 calories-that would be crazy. I have my base set at 1200 and I eat back the exercise calories I earn. I usually burn between 400-600 calories depending on the workout so I am usually eating between 1600-1800 calories…

If you're feeling like that maybe an abdominal binder might help to give you some extra support. I'm not sure how much it would "breath" when you get sweaty and what not, but it might be worth a try.

I bought the fitbit about 1 1/2 months ago and I LOOOOVE mine! It cost 99$ and the website is free to use. However, it does not show your heart rate...just steps taken, calories burned, miles walked. I checked out your diary but couldnt find the ortega entry...but I am really tired so I probably overlooked it. Anyways, I would say lt that the hamburger is not included in the nutritional value so you would need to add that.

Ewww...on toast--no wonder why you didn't like it ;) Umm..I like to eat mine either plain with lots of salt and pepper or I like to add tomatoes to it. As far as cooking goes...I prefer cottage cheese over ricotta cheese...so I use it in to make a low fat version of lasagna or stuffed shells.

I would definetly not be eating under your 1200 calories. Eating less than that slows your metabolism and your body actually tries to store and hold on to fat because it thinks that you are starving it. In addition, it is almost impossible to get all of your required daily nutrients from so little calories. Eat them up!
