Mine's my profile picture - the left was the day before I moved overseas in September and the right was about two weeks ago now! I hadn't thought I looked any different until I had flipped through some photos on my phone really quickly one day and freaked out... but I'll definitely take the change! :)

Ah that sounds like me! I've worked crazy jobs/ hours for a few years now and it can definitely be tough. There was one job a few years back where I ended up only eating one fast food meal a day at 9pm... luckily I'm on a much healthier track these days! :) Definitely going to also recommend making sure you have gym stuff…

Weaning myself to black coffee was super hard, but one of the best decisions I've ever made. All the fun of being able to function in the morning with hardly any calories! It took some getting used to, and some time to get all the way down, but boy am I happy I did it.

I second the suggestion of setting mini-goals along the way - losing 100 pounds always tripped me up because of how daunting that number is, but losing 15 pounds over and over? That's much easier to feel like you're actually progressing. :) You might find it useful to see it as six-pound chunks. This way, every time you…
