Oh my god, "thigh gap?" Really? Judging someone by how little their thighs touch is an all new depth of shallow...I mean, honestly. Unless I stood up right now and checked, I couldn't even tell you if my thighs touched. That's how little I pay attention to something like that.

I'm a stay at home mom...so while it's not a "job", it's my job. I definitely noticed that I live a much more sedentary lifestyle when I'm not physically getting up for work each day. So yeah, my job has affected my weight. For sure.

I drank this not as a "detox" but as a way to help me completely cut out soda and up my water intake. It's really refreshing and helps you to remember to drink water, which decreases bloat! I'd say give it a go!

How sweet that you are doing it with your wife! My husband runs with me every night and it is exactly what I need to keep going on the tough days. Doing it as a team yields the best results, for sure! Good luck to you and here's to hoping you achieve your goals!

First off, congrats on the weight you've already lost. That's an amazing accomplishment in itself and you should be really proud. Second, I think your journal/diary is only visible to friends so I'd advise adding a few people (if you're comfortable with that) so that they can view your food logs. Best of luck to you!

Hi there, and welcome! I would suggest trying to incorporate protein into every meal and snack. So, if you'd normally have an apple as a snack, have one with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
