I would try adding more fiber rich vegetables and whole grain carbs. Your diary looks really great, but the added fiber should help you feel "full". Way to go on your success so far!! Don't give up!!

I am having the same problem with MFP and MapMyRun+. I have opened the settings in both apps and connected them and they still won't sync. Plus now it has messed up the MFP login. Since I changed my settings it now forces me to reenter my password every single time I open the MFP app. This is so annoying.

If you want to have the peanut butter flavor you can try adding PB2. It is a reduced fat peanut butter that comes in a powdered form. It only has 45 calories and is great mixed in anything you want to have the peanut butter flavor without the extra calories.

Pushed through, even though I really didn't want to get going. I told myself I could quit after the second round if I still felt lazy. I ended up finishing and then doing 10 minutes on the treadmill. I have found that if I drop one of my weights on the raises and hold one weight with both hands I can push a few more out. I'll have to try alternating my arms, I hadn't thought of doing that!

Today was harder for me than yesterday. I feel pretty sore, but still was able to improve how hard I pushed myself. TseliB, I felt I needed to throw something at Jillian today too! Though I really like when she tells me how many reps I have left, gives me just enough of a push to keep going!

Completed Day 2. The anterior raises are killer. I can only make it though about half of them before I have to drop my weights and finish without. Hopefully I can add a rep or two with weights each day.

I try a piece of Lindt dark chocolate (72% cocoa) or a piece of fruit. The chocolate actually helps meet my chocoalte cravings, but it isn't so fantastic that I'll eat the whole bar :)

First thing every morning, but I use Sunday as my recording day. I like this method. I can see trends and identify possible pitfalls.

LOL, Gout was honestly not something I had thought of! Looking it up, it doesn't sound like it is, but thank you for your response. I don't have a local doctor, so I was hoping that maybe someone would have had a similar experience or an idea of what it could be before I took that route.
