For me there were two: The Hand that Rocks the Cradle-i have asthma and when the mum died as a result of an asthma attack well that was it!!! The Fly-when he vomited on his food and transformed into a fly-revolting. Have not watched any type of film remotely like Horror etc anymore!! No thanks!

Sounds lovely.. Is there an alternative for 'Vanilla Almond Breeze', is it a drink? Milk? Sorry never heard of it before, if i can't find an alternative Skim Milk will do. Cheers!

Elderflower cordial is divine.... I'd love to try some of those flavored tea bags or Mio but in Ireland these things are virtually non existent!

Jump into the shower and relax .... try some deep heat cream maybe if you need to. I found my muscles ached like crazy when i was recovering from a severe shoulder break, the only relief i found was shower and maybe bit of electric blanket and if i had to then tablet (pain killer) .. Good luck with it. It'll get easier!

What's careened? I'd try still avoid, the crankiness will pass. It could be hormonal, not at all to do with your withdrawals? I can of course be way off, feel free to correct me!

You have 21% body fat. You have 11.6 Kilograms of fat and 43.4 Kilograms of lean (muscle, bone, body water). Again i'm happy ish but don't know how much body fat i should have. Mm.. Using the pinch of salt that was suggested!

I weigh weekly on the same scales in the pharmacy. I also note that on my menstrual cycle i can gain a few pounds so dont worry about that too much as it shows the loss the following week. I've a lot of will power so weekly does it for me... Good luck!

Sure it happens.... It took me forever to lose the last 4 pounds i needed too. I might hit that wall again... So your not alone! Do you know that on your menstrual cycle you can gain weight, so just remember this. It does help on bad weeks, chin up! ;)
