That's a great idea. I have my 3 yr old grandson do yoga with. Hopefully as he ages he will continue to find the exercise of his choice a stick with it. You are doing great.

1 thing that has helped me is a lot of water. Drink 16 oz of water, wait 15 min before you put anything in your mouth, it helps. When I started out I didn't loose anything for a month, then it started. Good things don't always happen fast, but when it happens, the feeling is worth hanging in for. You will loose weight!

I know what you mean. The last time I meant to loose wt, I decided to loose 60 but that seemed so far out of reach. This time I started out at 5 lbs and when I got there I up it to 10 and got scared. So now I am back to looking at 5lbs at a time, I seem to breathe easier at 5. You can do it!:smile:

Omg go celebrate. I know what you are talking about. I had plateaued and for 3 mo. That little arm did not move, when it did, it was as if it was a dress size instead of 2 lbs. it will keep moving now. You are on a roll!

Sounds like you may be a bit depressed. If you can, change your surroundings during the day. Invite friends over who are up beat and positive. Being with happy people may distract you from eating.
